Politics and Government[edit]

Status of Thomas Velardi[edit]

Thomas Velardi is listed as a Democrat on the page, but he was nominated as both the Republican and Democratic candidate (and the 2018 ballot reflected this) for District Attorney. What would be the best way to illustrate this on the page? WobblyEsq (talk) 14:48, 27 November 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Sometimes I've seen "D+R" used. I would suggest using no color (rather than a combined shade) for the box. A quick Google search doesn't reveal his party affiliation at all. I would actually recommend dropping all party affiliations from that box, but that would make it different from its neighboring counties. --Ken Gallager (talk) 20:10, 27 November 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
